HELPING EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE IN ONE OF THE WORLD'S LEAST DEVELOPED NATIONS. HELPING THEM TO A BETTER FUTURE.

OUR STORY . This short film was shot, produced and edited by Lone Buffalo students. It tells our story through their eyes.
Lone Buffalo benefits more than 200 young people living in rural Laos.  We teach five levels of English using a combination of trained local teachers and professional western volunteers.

We use English to create a unique environment where boys and girls study together, develop personal skills, build self-confidence and participate in our sport and creative skills programs. Most students are from poor backgrounds but we believe they should be given the same chance as others and benefit from the opportunities being created in a developing nation.

The ability to speak English makes a huge difference to young peoples’ futures in Laos. Lone Buffalo is committed to improving the lives of young people living in one of the world's most heavily bombed places.

As one young student said simply, ‘English is my future’.
